Equipment: These sheets and scissors.

Instructions: Cut out the words in the grid together, perhaps discovering some homophones your child had not realised yet. Then have a go at putting the correct cut-out label under the correct picture. If unsure, looking in a children’s dictionary is a fantastic way for children to familiarise themselves with the alphabetic sequence and definition hunting.
